In elevators equipped with automatic doors, the door system often produces various failures, which affect the normal operation of the elevator. The transfer elevator has a car, which runs between at least two rows of vertical or rigid guide rails with an inclination angle of less than 15°. The size and structure of the car are convenient for passengers to enter and exit or load and unload goods. It is customary to regard elevators as the general term for vertical transportation vehicles in buildings regardless of their driving methods.

1. The elevator can neither close nor open the door

Maintenance and troubleshooting methods:

  ①Control circuit fuse 1R
  D\2RD or door machine circuit fuse 11RD is too loose or blown, tighten or replace;

  ②The door machine drive belt slips, tighten the belt or replace it;

  ③The door machine motor DM is damaged. The DC voltage between the multimeter M3 and M4 is 110V, but the door machine does not turn, indicating that the motor is damaged, repair or replace;

  ④The resistance RMD of the door machine is broken and the resistance RMD is broken; replace the resistance RMD;

  ⑤The individual connection terminals of the door machine circuit are loose and fall off, tighten to make the circuit unblocked;

  ⑥The door cannot be opened or closed with the key at the base station. If you short-circuit 22 and 24 and the elevator closes the door or short-circuit 22 and 32 and the elevator opens the door, it means that the contact of the key switch DYK outside the hall is poorly contacted or broken. 2. After arriving at the station leveling, the elevator door does not open

Maintenance and troubleshooting methods:

①The secondary door opening limit switch 2KM is damaged, so that the door opening relay JKM cannot be energized and the elevator cannot open the door. Short-circuit two points 38 and 01 to check and confirm, and the door can be opened, indicating that 2KM is damaged, replace 2KM;
  ②Relay JKM is damaged, replace JKM;
  ③If there is a failure in the door-opening electrical circuit, such as the failure of the normal closed contact of the operating relay JYT, etc., remove it;
  ④The permanent magnet relay in the door opening area is damaged, so that the door opening control relay JMQ cannot be closed, and its normally open contact is still disconnected. The relay JKM cannot be energized, and the door cannot be opened. Replace the permanent magnet relay in the door opening area.

3. Press the door close button, the door does not close

Maintenance and troubleshooting methods:

  ①The AGM contact of the door close button is in poor contact or is damaged, short-circuit two points 23 and 24 for inspection and measurement, and then repair or replace;
  ②The three-level door-closing limit switch 3GM is damaged, so that the door-closing relay JGM cannot be energized, and the elevator cannot close the door. Short-circuit 28 and 01 to check and determine that the door can be closed, indicating that the 3GM is damaged. Replace the 3GM.
  ③The door closing relay JGM is damaged, replace the JGM;
  ④The start-opening relay 1JQ is damaged, and its normally open contact 1JQ is still disconnected, and the JGM cannot be energized, so the door cannot be closed. Replace the relay 1JQ.

4. The elevator has accepted the floor selection signal, the door is closed, but it cannot be started

Maintenance and troubleshooting methods:

  ①The car door is closed in place, but the car door interlock switch KMJ is not turned on, and the door lock relay JMS cannot be energized, so the switch KMJ cannot be started, adjusted or replaced;
  ②The hall door is not closed in place, the hall door interlock switch KMT cannot be turned on, and the door lock relay JMS cannot be energized, so it cannot be started. Switch the door again. If it does not work, adjust the door speed or the door lock switch KMT;
  ③The door is closed in place, but the door lock switch KMT fails, remove or replace the door lock;
  ④The running relay JYT is faulty, repair or replace JYT.

5. Opening and closing speed slows down

Inspection and troubleshooting methods: the belt of the door opener is slipping, and the belt is tightened.

6. The door leaf vibrates greatly when opening and closing the door

Maintenance and troubleshooting methods:
 1 The door pulley is severely worn, replace the door pulley;
  2 The door guide rail is deformed or loose and skewed, correct the door guide rail, adjust and tighten the guide rail;
  3 The chute in the sill has too much dust or debris, which hinders the sliding of the door, and the chute should be cleaned;
  4 The two rollers of the door lock are not in close contact with the door knife, and the gap is large. Adjust the door lock.
